Seminole Hard Rock Sportsbook got shut down

Last month, the Hard Rock rolled out their online Sportsbook….. and today I received notice that that had been shut down.

From what I understood they could still legally run it while they appealed

Guess not

Wondering why the ruling went against them. My understanding was that the Supreme Court ruled existing casinos could operate Sportsbooks
